The best way is improve your diet and eat healthy foods! Establish a regular exercise routine. Take a walk at the park after dinner. Drink lots of plain water.

im on insulin 4 units before meal to be injected.. my first born is just like this also and its safer when u have gestatinal diabetes...
I had diabetes before I became pregnant (25weeks now) , so I'm on supplemental insulin and on a diet without rice (starch) and sugar

meron din ako pero di naman daw sobrang taas. nung nag diet ako sa rice and all kinds of crab ngayon nagbelow normal range naman. hirap ibalance.

Cut down on carbs.. Substitute white rice with brown rice, drink plenty of plain water. Eat small meals frequently and exercise lightly.
I was told by my OB to monitor my sugar level, take down carbo foods and sugar intake. Only eat brown rice, more vegetables and fruits
Cut down on sugar intake ): control carbo intake. Not on any medication during pregnancy. Only self check sugar at home once a week
I had.. U can still eat everything but in moderation.. Sometimes is just the hormones playing with u.. Dun stress too much abt it
