has anyone else do walking exercise and feel super tired that u need 8hours of nap and no energy to even do anything else?im in my third trimester and im not active so i do these 30min walking on threadmil atleast every other day but i always feel super tired afterwards. im afraid that i wouldnt be fit enough during delivery if i dont exercise.
Dont force yourself mommy. just listen to your body. maybe u can try 15 mins of walking and take a rest about 10 mins then continue again for another 15 mins.. drink more water too.
