Haii mommies semua. Nak tnya. Korg penah x batuk teruk masa tengah pregnent ni? Ubat apa ya yg korg ambik? Sy dh minum ubat yg dokter bg. Tp x jalan laa. Batuk kering teruk sngt. Kesian dkt baby bila batuk teruk sngt sampai nk terkencing ja kerja. Nk ambik ubat bukan2 takut pulak. Now im 20weeks pregnant. Dh penat sangat dh ni batuk x hilang2. Ada cadangan x mommies2 semua?

I will suggest Marine Omega from Pharmanex, this one omega-3 with fish and krill oil. Must gigit and minum the oil and Ur cough will stop very fast. Even my kids also do this when they batuk Kering. Last year when I pregnant 3rd baby also this is my only remedy. Fish oil lain better don't because the fish smell I don't like. Only Pharmanex brand is good cos no fishy taste. Mcm orangey fresh fragrant. And most importantly is safe and natural no chemical. Good for baby also.
