Hi sis, I don't want to disappoint you but it could be a case of blighted ovum where there is a gestation sac but no embryo or baby. I had the same experience 2 years ago. But on my case, I was diagnosed earlier... As earlier as 1 week. But the doctor says it was too early to say so we waited a week or more to be sure. I did blood testing just to make sure that I really am pregnant. My doctor gave me medications then after a day or two I bled heavily. When I returned to my OB for trans V after bleeding, my uterus was clean. I didn't have the chance to go to my OB when I was bleeding kasi sobrang sakit ng puson ko. My friend also had the same case pero xa, it took 12 weeks pero wala pa ring baby. Then kusa na lang na-abort yung gsac nya.
