Random talk turns bad

Hahaha hi mummies and daddies, kinda have random talk with my partner. Was talking about wounds on my hand, and i google it so i told my partner one of the picture shows symptom of liver damage. He thens talk , if its true its so hard at such a young age and i say thats it, like tryna say " its the end this sickness will be the end ". he then say, you think its funny, it will be a burden. Im at my late 20s. even tho, i dont have any sickness declared yet,but deep down got me thinking how will i live my life with someone, knowing he already calls it burden. If i ever have such sickness or any organ failure will he willingly to take care hahaha. Got me thinking if i ever gets to that stage at a young age. Separation is better for my mental health haha.
