My massags lady advice can start one week after c-sec. Might be abit late to book now. Usually we have to book months before delivery. You can try still can try ask around, see if anyone willing to take you. I got a malay lady & she is always busy/full.
Hi, I think first be comfortable and let your body do the healing. You can go for post natal massage even after 1 month
I also delivered via c-sect. Masseuse said that I must wait at least 3 weeks before massage.
My massage place only permits 3 months aft C-section, 1 month after vaginal delivery..
I started my massage a week after. But the auntie assessed my wound first.
My dr said no massage ever with my c section. So I had to change my package.
go at your comfort level. I had massage 6 weeks after csec.
