Binder? What is it used for?

FTM here! 😅 What is the binder after delivery for? Is it necessary? And how many should I buy?

Binder is to shrink your uterus. Are you engaging postnatal? If yes then no need to buy first, they will wrap every session. I didn’t use my own binder other than the postnatal’s.

For straight away after delivery, usually recommended for those who chose csect 😊.
