Is it normal to still have sore nipples 1mth PP and ok to wear silver cups 24/7?

I’m reaching my post partum 1 month mark and I’m exclusively pumping. However I still feel that my nipples are very sore to be touched by my bra and is wearing my silver cups 24/7. Is it normal to wear silver cups for such a long duration? And normal for nips to still be sore after 1 month mark?

Diarrhea or normal?

Pls help i am so worry. Is this normal or diarrhea ? My baby poop 4-6 times daily. Sometime got seedy some time like this watery. On mix bf n formula. Baby is 3 weeks old.

Loss of a loved one during pregnancy

I lost my dad when I was 7 months pregnant with my first child. Anyone experienced a loss too? I am due to give birth soon, I've been strong for my mom. But at times i broke down. It has not been a smooth journey. My unborn child is the first grandchild for both side of the family. I hope to connect to anyone who have suffered a loss too.

1 week old baby not sleeping at night

Hi all, not sure if I’m being too paranoid. My baby is one week old and has been extra awake in the middle of the night and it can take about 2hours to put her back to sleep. She sleeps very well in the day and just awake in the middle of the night. Is this normal? Or is there a way to fix this? #FTM

Going through this too now. 1am-3am didnt sleep. Slept and woke up every now and then 😭

Confinement nanny

Cot is in nanny’s room and every time baby cries she will carry him and put him to bed. Now it seems like the baby prefers her to carry and cries every time when I carry him. Anyone been there and have solutions?

Hi! It’s the same for me too esp cos the nanny is better and more experienced at handling the baby. For me, I just try to spend more time talking to baby and carrying baby more.

Hi, I have recently found out I’m pregnant. I would like to look for a doctor female preferably from KKH. I am more heading to c sect birth than natural. Also pls let me know which gynae is better in stitching skills :) thanks in advance. #firsttimemom

Need help for my formula fed newborn!!

Hi mummies with formula fed newborn! May I know how often does your newborn poop and what FM are they drinking? My newborn is 24 days old, initially she poops twice or thrice per day. But now it’s once every 2 days and currently drinking NAN SUPREME HA. I was wondering if I should change FM and any recommendation please 😞 she is crying a lot and farting a lot. My first child was FM as well with NAN HA and I remembered he pooped a lot in a day. But second child seems to have problem with pooping. Hope to get some input from mummies! Thank you!!

hi mummy, ftm here. I switched from nan 1 to nan supreme HA where my newborns produces 3-5 soiled diapers that have a fair bit of watery poops. yes she do fart a bit more compare to the time she drinks nan 1

Anyone bought gifts for gynae?

I would like to gift something to my gynae but not sure what is practical for her. Anyone bought something for your gynae before? Will be seeing her in 6 weeks time post partum which will be my last appt with her. Wanted to express my appreciation. A hamper is it too much?

Are we allowed to do so? Because i think they need to declare gifts from patients right?

Help! Mucus Plug came out?

37 weeks today. When i passed motion last night, i think i saw mucus plug come out. Does this mean im on labour?

No you’re not (yet). Mucus plug coming out signals that labour will be soon but depends on individual bodies on how soon labour will be. My mucus plug came out too, but contractions only started the next day.
