actually kung ung kinakain mo nmn araw2 is ordinaryo na ulam lang, wala naman bawal..wag lang mga hilaw.pero depende padin sayo baka my bawal ka kainin. and as a ftm, kailangan mo mg ingat kase hndi mopa alam kung maselan kaba magbuntis oh hindi..ako ftm din,kaya since nlaman nmin ni hubby n buntis ako noon, hndi nya nako pinaglalaba at pinapgwa sa bahay..hindi nmn ako maselan pero 1st baby kase kaya iniingatan nmin tlga.gwa ko lng sa bhy dat time is hugas ng plato. walis2. sya kase ngluluto at laba.pg mabigat gwaing bahay, sya nadin un.😊 till now na 1 yr and 4mos n c bby, sya pdin nglalaba pag off nya then luto ng lunch nmin bfore pumasok sa work.😄 anyways, share ko lng nmn.. congrats mami

important po sundin ung mga prineprescribe ng OB. wag po kalimutan inumin ung mga vitamins. water,milk, fresh buko juice lang din inumin mi kung kaya, if di ka makatiis inom softdrinks (magbabago kasi panlasa mo at magiging bestfriend mo panlaban ng suka/hilo ang softdrinks in my experience hahaha ) limit mo lang na small cup 1x a day. bed rest as much as possible, kain tulog lang mi pag 1st trimester

Sakin last 2019 1st pregnancy ko din, I praise God kasi may nakita akong ganitong app. Nung una silent reader lang ako, then afterwards natuto na kong magtanong or magsearch ng post na same case kpag may problem ako.
