drink ka po ng water. tapos foods na rich in fiber - gulay and fruits. mine-makesure po namin na may sabaw ang meals ko and gulay kahit nilagang talbos ng kamote, kangkong, etc. then fruits like ponkan, orange. so far, everyday ako nakaka-cr and kusa lang siyang lumalabas.
