Baby Position At 22 Weeks

Hi! First time mama here. Would like to ask if it's normal that my baby is already in position at 22 weeks? Her feet are in my belly button and her head is already in my pelvis. Does this indicate she's preparing to see the world soon (premie). My mom told be that this is usual to my father's clan. My dad was born at 7 months and I am getting worried I might experience the same. I have existing type 2 diabetes and hypertension but everything is normal and in control right now.
