Hi this is my first pregnancy and I know aches and pains are part of it but I'm currently having back pain that's shooting down my butt to my leg. Not sure if it's normal but it hurts every step I take plus it's giving me headache and nausea. Anyone experienced this before and if so what did you do to ease it?
