Red spots on baby's face

Hi fellow mummies, My LO is 3+ months old and is showing these small red spots on his face and scalp. The spots are not bumpy and don't seem to be itchy. His body and limps also do not have any of these red spots. Can check if this is normal? Thanks!

Hi your post is some time ago but I can’t seem to find anything else that looks similar to my situation. 3month old and this has just appeared on baby face. Did the dots go away?

Maybe you can use OffSpring wonder oil! It’s AMAZING for baby skin! 1 bottle is like almost $30+ but it’s amazing for baby’s skin!!!! It’s organic and natural!
