Red patch and spots on my 7 weeks old baby

Hi my baby have these red patches on his face and spots over his chest and limbs. Anyone able to advise? We went to KKH to check but they can’t give us a conclusion as to what is it. Please help? Thank you! #firsttimemama

if you are using baby cleanser mix with 50% water, baby has super sensitive skin. same happened to my LO, after following my pediatrician instructions, LO has regained smooth skin. just sharing your LO may have a different condition and it's best to see your doc for more info.

    Yes we mix with water. Today we just clean his body with water only. May I know how long does it take for your LO rashes to go away?
