Hi fellow mummies,
My LO is 3+ months old and is showing these small red spots on his face and scalp. The spots are not bumpy and don't seem to be itchy. His body and limps also do not have any of these red spots.
Can check if this is normal?

Did you ever find out what this was? My little girl is a few days away from turning 3 months and developed this a day ago. I noticed it in the morning when I woke up..... I'm hoping it'll disappear
It is not baby acne. I am not sure about this. Best to bring your baby to the paediatrician.
