Red Spots On Baby Skin

Does anyone knows what these are? He has it on both left and right side of his head. He has it on his face and body too but not as much as the one on photo, only few spots here and there. My baby is 24 days old.

Bring baby to pediatrician if u are worried. I brought my baby and they have to do swab test for her. Thats when they diagnose her with neonatal lupus. Some times certain rash may seem harmless or painless but if worried pls send baby to doctor.

Most likely baby acne. Best to bring your baby to the pediatrician.
