Feeling scared that baby will be mistreated. How do mummies overcome this?

Have faith! I sent mine when she was 4 months old. She’s not an easy baby.. will cry murder at times, always wants to be carried and feeding milk is tough too. Has been falling sick a few times but that’s because their immune system is not strong yet. So have to be patient and understand that the teachers are also doing their best. Raise your concerns to the teachers and ask for updates when you send/fetch baby to/from IFC. I’m still having the mum guilt (now she’s almost 8 months old) but on a brighter note, our babies will get to socialise with other babies and do all sorts of activities that we working mums are not able to do on a daily basis.

Just started from yesterday and she didn't eat much there, which was upsetting. However, we trust the caregivers tried their best. Yes, the best you can do is, have faith. While coming back home, my baby smiled at them and it means they were good to her coz babies don't know diplomacy yet, atleast my baby doesn't 😂 She doesn't even look at strangers for more than 5s. We chose the place after lots of research and that's the best we can do.

Have faith! I didn’t have this issue. I have to trust the people who handles my baby. Everyday he seems happy in school. I also try to make small conversations with the Teachers there. Be kind and be nice to them. My MIL will check my baby for injuries whenever he comes home though, just in case.

I recently switch to a new ifc cos of location . I withdraw my LO. first 2 days one of the parents must be there. So I saw what’s going on. If can, ask your parents or in laws to look after. My LO was in ifc since he was 3 months. Now he is 7months +

I’m sending to the IFC my sis-in-law sends her babies to. So far is ok, so having faith 🙏🏻

I also had that feeling first. But when baby start going there . I feel okay now.
