Butch as in a tomboy? I'm sorry your fears are totally unfounded and irrelevant. I personally know ALOT of women who are in programming and coding who are feminine. Being a tomboy or as you call it butch is pretty much an occurence that can happen with or without programming. Karlie Kloss, the Victoria Secrets supermodel is running a programme encouraging young girls to learn how to code. And she's definitely not a butch or a tomboy.
