Any feedback on Uber and Grab car business?

My friend started his Grab and Uber business at the latter part of last year. According to him there's a significant decrease on the demand for both when this year came. But nevertheless it still generate a good amount of money for them. Only the downside is that of their driver's as the incentive is not that much as before and the quota even got higher.
