Morning Sickness

Question

Do any of you experience morning sickness in your second trimester? I am super hungry however when I had a bite, i kept wanting to vomit, especially for breakfast and dinner. How do you all overcome this ?

I had all day sickness in all 3 trimesters 🤢 Although it did get a bit better after 22 weeks. 2nd trimester.. just take medicine. Haha. Since it’s safe. I couldn’t survive without medicine for a few weeks... because I couldn’t even drink water. Also had to be selective about the food I ate. Spicy food and ginger tea helped me.

Can i ask doctor for medicine to help with my morning sickness? And ginger tea is heaty (according to my MIL). Even coke sometimes make me vomit 😢
