Hi everyone, my MIL has been very kind to brew bird's best for me. 1 container is enough to last me 4 days if I take 2 spoonfuls each morning and night. Once I finished, she will brew another pot for me with only a couple of days' break. I'm in my 2nd trim now.
Can I take bird's nest so often?
