4mo hunger cues
What are the hunger cues for a 4mo now? My baby will make this frustrated "mmmmm" sound when she needs her diaper changed, hungry or tired. So everyday is trial n error. And half the time after heating ebm, she doesn't want the bottle. But neither does she look tired nor soiled her diaper On top of that, she gets v distracted by sights or sounds. Either that, she keeps wanting to sit up during feeding. It's really difficult feeding her now. And when i try to offer her the bottle again, she will cry and kick. Her overall milk intake has therefore decreased Worse, she fights bedtime every night even though she's clearly tired. The only time I don't have to deal w a fussy baby is when she drinks until she KO. Any mummies with similar experiences? Able to share what you did? Any advice would be good to make each passing day an easier one. Most nights i really feel damn defeated and tonight is one of those nights i feel like breaking down
Swimming for a 4mo
My hubby and I are members of a local swimming club and we would love to bring our 4mo girl to experience splashing in the water. However, I read that exposure to chlorine is not good for babies' delicate skin? Any mummies here brought their LO to swim in chlorinated pools and have no issues? Otherwise, are there any non-chlorinated pools in Singapore that we can go to WITHOUT the need to take up classes?
Nipple cream necessary?
Hello all experie ced mummies out there, ftm here. Is nipple cream necessary? Or should I wait till I start bfeeding before purchasing one? If necessary, should I bring it along to the hospital with me?

32 weeks lack of sleep
32 weeks now and i'm starting to experience the lack of sleep phase. Everytime my little ninja moves, i will get woken up and it doesn't help even if I change positions. Back when she was smaller, I could still sleep through it. However now everytime she squirms, it feels like she's trying to break free from my tummy 😅 How do you guys cope?
Unmedicated birth
Hello mummies, ftm here. Hoping to have a natural birth without epidural. *Fingers crossed* Mummies who have gone through unmedicated birth, able to share which is the most painful stage? 1) Contractions 2) Pushing and skin stretching when baby's head is coming out 3) Episiotomy/Stitching
Sleeping discomfort
Currently 25 weeks. Have been religiously sleeping on my sides since 15 weeks or so. But these few days I am experiencing discomfort. The side that I am lying on will start aching after a while (especially the side butt cheek area). This has resulted me in flipping numerous times throughout the night and hence not getting a good night's rest. Is there any way to alleviate the discomfort? Or is this just part and parcel of pregnancy? 😢
High TSH level
Did anyone experience hypothyroidism or high TSH level during your pregnancy? Was there any food you consume or stay away from to help?
