Bird's nest

Hi everyone, my MIL has been very kind to brew bird's best for me. 1 container is enough to last me 4 days if I take 2 spoonfuls each morning and night. Once I finished, she will brew another pot for me with only a couple of days' break. I'm in my 2nd trim now. Can I take bird's nest so often?

best to avoid if you have asthma. can trigger breathlessness. I've stopped as per gynea advise. best to check with your gynea if you are concern

I went to EYS to ask, they said can drink from 5 months onwards. I think weekly should be fine. Your MIL is really sweet! You’re so blessed!

2 spoonfuls sounds like a concentrated kind - I drink almost 300ml 2 nights straight - bird nest is suppose to be good for the baby anyway

Yes i agree! thats my motto too 🤣 just dont know if 2spoonfuls day & night is considered moderate enough 😕
