Daddy here. Ano pong mga maiiaambag ko sa breastfeeding journey ng wife ko? ano po ang mga ulam na pwedeng iluto to increase breastmilk?

Pwede nyo pong subuan si mommy habang nagpapabreastfeed dahil kelangan laging busog, always say and be positive kay mommy, imassage ang likod ni mommy para marelax, idate nyo po si mommy kahit mabilis lang basta make sure busog si baby bago umalis. For food po, tinola, sinigang, gata, at kahit anong hot or warm food that are relaxing can produce supply of breastmilk.
