Can lack of sleep o ang pagpuyat cause decrease o pagbawas ng breastmilk supply? Ano pa ang ibang factors na nakakabawas ng gatas?

Basta't nagca-cause ng panghihina sa mommy ang pag pupuyat, maaring maapektuhan ang production ng breastmilk. Bawiin nyo po ito sa tamang oras ng pagkain, iwasan ang pagdadiet at kumain ng marami para magkaroon ng lakas. More factors: hindi efficient ang paglatch ni baby/mali o shallow latch, baradong suso (clogged ducts, pwedeng magpa-lactation massage para matanggal ito), and many more. Kindly have a consultation with a lactation counselor for more information.
