Chances of false positive?

Dulu nurse pernah bagitahu, fully breastfeed baby salah satu cara birth control 😅 and actually mmg consume contraceptive pill juga. Disebabkan October period datang dua kali, skip pill masa November ~~~ and here's the surprise 😅. Alhamdulillah. Tapi betul ke ni, ada chance false positive?
