Soaking red dates in Dom

Any one drinks this during confinement? My mum is saying she needs to start soaking now for 6 months. This is the first time I’m hearing this.

No, it might be your family secret recipe haha! Dom has a lot of herbs, the ILs gave a huge bottle to use for cooking. I think Dom soaked red date tea sounds like a good idea! I assume it'll be boiled to get rid of the alcohol so it doesn't get into your breastmilk. Let us know how it tastes 🙂

Only drank longan red date tea. Not soaked in dom though
