Herbal Confinement

You may buy from shops selling Chinese herbs. I put the packet together with lemongrass (pounded) in a kettle of water and boiled it. I will sieve and pour the boiled water into a pail for my wife to bathe. I will then add cold water to lower the temperature of the hot water to my wife's comfort. We used it throughout the confinement period.

actually i saw they hv it prepacked un shengshiong under babies item..for bathing during confinement...

Can buy online from hock hua, laobaniang etc. The package usually comes in a 28 or 30 day supply.
