Do you believe in "hamog"? I personally don't, but my parents always nag at me whenever I take my son out at night without any headdress (bonnet or hats). Is it another old wives' tale that has been cemented in our culture for centuries?
My friend who's a doctor and a mom shared that colds really do usually come from viruses, but then again there are a lot of things that can't be explained by Science.
So I suppose it's better to be safe than sorry!
