I think there's some truth to this! But it's mostly because if the temp gets super low at night, naturally, babies can catch a cold. This is because of mist or fog. However, I don't think this applies to warm nights. Either way, it's better to be safe than sorry!

My friend who's a doctor and a mom shared that colds really do usually come from viruses, but then again there are a lot of things that can't be explained by Science. So I suppose it's better to be safe than sorry!

Scientifically speaking, there isn't really a thing called hamog. I think if there is, then other countries would be believe that there is such thing as that, too.

I don't believe it 100%, but I still follow just to be on the safe side. I also remove the hat/bonnet once we're inside the house/mall/restaurant.
