I've read a lot of articles about the risks of outward facing carriers. I mean, just google "outward facing baby carrier" and the results are mostly about why shouldn't use one on your baby - mainly because of hip dysplasia. But... there are safe outward facing baby carriers that have been approved by doctors such as the Ergo four position 360 baby carrier, which has been approved by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. It's great to share the view with your baby while you're carrying her; just make sure you're using a carrier that's proven safe by the experts. I would recommend looking also for carriers that have the hipseat, such as the one from i-Angel. :)
Hipseats are not ergonomic carriers and should not be used as it adds strain on the baby's spine. Should you decide to carry your baby facing outwards, limit it to 15 to 20 minutes each time. The International Hip Dysplasia Institute does not advocate any particular carrier. http://hipdysplasia.org/developmental-dysplasia-of-the-hip/prevention/baby-carriers-seats-and-other-equipment/
I'm sure babies like being carried facing outwards, BUT it is actually safer for them to be carried facing inwards. When you carry them facing inwards, it does not support their legs, hips and spine and they are dangling with no place to "sit". http://www.boba.com/blog/nine-reasons-not-to-carry-your-baby-facing-out
My baby is a socialising baby who smiles at strangers. Naturally she would prefer to face outwards. She insists. I try to limit the time she sits outwards. So I have to keep changing her position frequently when we're out.

I prefer it forward, I read this article and helped me reinforce much more about porting https://yademasmama.com/en/benefits-of-the-baby-carrier/
I read somewhere that's safer to do inward. Because outward facing doesn't provide them with proper support and they might get hip dysplasia.
inwards are the best, but i think babies prefer outwards. i mean if it was you what would you prefer? guess it also depends on baby age.
Depends on the age of the baby. Babies less than a year prefers inward facing and older babies prefers outward facing
If she awake she liked it outward observation things around her. Only inward when she sleeps.
