Mostly children now a days they drink few water, I recognize it with my 2 kids specially my 5 years old son, sometimes its because of the weather when they find it cold they don't drink to much water, but when it was hotter weather they drink too much water. As a Mom i usually feed them more water even when its cold weather making sure they are not dehydrated every time, sometimes we ate along rich in fiber foods or fruits. or sometimes i gave them oatmeal.
