Did you ever exercise when you were pregnant?

Lots of walking sa first baby. Mostly chores + alaga sa toddler as exercise for the second and hindi rin makalabas due to covid. Prenatal yoga and light stretching for both.

nung d ako pako buntis nag eexercise ako. ngayon stretching nalang tapos walking paminsan minsan. natatakotkasi ako baka biglang bumuka ung tahi ko hehehe

14 weeks pregnant . pero nag eexcercise ako lage . ayoko talaga tumaba . kaya hanggang ngayon maliit parin tummy ko . nasa lahi din kasi namin .

Hi mommy ako po walang exercise ng preggy ako 😅 nung 9month nako nag start maglakad lakad kahit squat diko nagawa katamad kasi kumilos 😅

nung mga ilang months palang ako nag squats ako pero ngaun 26-28 weeks ako nagbedrest ako kasi nagspotting ako, sa month ko nlng cguro

I'm not allowed to exercise maski Yoga. It saddens me a lot since I want to make sure that I'm also healthy during my pregnancy.

Opo, minsan. Di naman ako high risk, ginagaya ko exercise sa YouTube. At 3rd trim, more on walking at squatting na po ako

No kasi I was on bed rest until the 8th month. Noong 9 months na saka lang ako pinaglakad lakad ni OB and squats.

gusto ko sana kaso natatakot ako haha dko alam anong mga exercise gagawin ko at ilang months allowed mag exercise po?

yes..due to pandemic minsan i will do some exercise marami sa youtube search mo lang ilang weeks ka na.
