Go for a school tour, take note of the way the teachers manage the children. In my opinion, young teachers might not mean not able to handle the children well. I would prefers a young teacher who is passionate about teaching and responsible than an older teacher as they had a tendency of softer hearts and giving in to children's demands. As right now, the teachers are learning differently from the past so younger teachers might not be a disbenefit in the centres.

Some factors to consider : qualifications of teachers, location of centre, hygiene of place, teacher to students ratio, types of activities planned, syllabus offered by the school etc

Take a school tour! Ask about their record of hfmd, prevention, and observe the kids there. Are they happy? Teachers happy? Remember happy teachers = happy kids!
