Heartache? Again?

Crying while typing this, just got home from my scheduled check up and found out that there is still no heartbeat detected. This is my 2nd failed pregnancy and the 1st was just last year only. I dont know what to feel or say, I'm really broken inside and out. My OB told me that its not my fault but why I feel like its all because of me?
