War with the winds
My content is within 13 weeks of 5 days, but I experience a lot of winds, a sense of nausea when eating. Anyone with any suggestions on how to deal with the problem of pregnancy winds?
i have the same and it is tiring especially when everything that goes in comes back out. i have been drinking a lot of water (not cold) lately. as in 2-3 litres of water a day and even though it doesnt help completely, it eases the belching and the nausea somehow.
