Can I still keep feeding baby if she is having hiccups in the middle of a feed? (Newborn)

You should pause the feeding if an infant is having hiccups. Usually hiccups will go away after a couple of minutes so you can continue if it stops. If in an event that baby continues to hiccup after 10 minutes, rub and gently pat baby's back to burp her. If baby seems bothered by the hiccups and is not feeding normally, see a doctor, this can be a symptom of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
