As Diana mentioned, it's perfectly fine to give your baby garlic but personally, I wouldn't give my son garlic so soon as it is known that some babies have an adverse allergic reaction to it. Perhaps if you are feeding your baby porridge, you can start to introduce a little garlic in it. Or if you are baby led weaning, you could fry your baby finger foods with coconut oil and garlic. Hi! I think that 5 months is a bit too early to introduce Garlic to your baby. You can wait for 1 or 2 more moths for this as your little one may possibly have some allergic reaction towards. But later, it is perfectly fine to add garlic to the bland food, so that it will help improve the taste buds.
