Someone has suggested trainers so I would suggest how about joining your local community centers? They have yoga, pilates and zumba classes in the evenings. So you can ask hubby to look after the kids while you go for your class. They are cheaper too :-) And there are also youtube channels which you can follow that has these awesome 20 or 30 minute exercises to develop core strength and loose weight. But of course a trainer would be nice so there is someone to kick your a** if your slacking! haha.... Anyway, mine is just an option :-)
There are individuals and centres providing post-natal fitness programmes in Singapore. Body By Rick http://www.body-by-rick.com/singapore_pre_post_natal_fitness_programs.htm EzFit http://www.ezfit.sg/pre-post-natal-fitness-training.html Body Temple http://www.bodytemple.com.sg/ Donna O'Shea Fitness http://www.donnaosheafitness.com/
You might want to start with yoga or Pilates to strengthen your core before diving in to a strenuous routine. Most centers offering Pilates and yoga offer post natal classes designed to strengthen your core and ease you back in to exercise safely.
