Natural spices are fine, but refrain from salt and sugar. Babies don't need seasoned food as they can take bland food. Our palates are overloaded from all that seasoning in commercial food products, but babies still have very sensitive palates. I would refrain from adding in sugar andd salt to my baby's diet. For spices, you can start when your baby is 8 months old to avoid possible tummy upsets. Remember to follow the 4 day rule when introducing herbs and spices to your baby. http://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/tipspices.htm

Ideally you should wait for 8 months and then start adding a pinch of aromatic spices to your baby's food and then you can gradually move to hot spices.Avoid salt and sugar for about 12-18 months. As per my knowledge, you should start with spices after a year atleast. Regarding quantity you can ask your doctor.

No sugar or salt before 1 year. You can introduce very small amount after baby's first birthday.

salt, sugar, soya sauce not before 2 years. if must use salt, use pink salt. More minerals!

thanks

If your baby is 1 year old, just add a little spices.

I wouldn't start that until a year!

Until 1 year old the baby
