When to introduce baby seasonings

At which month did you start using those baby seasonings for your baby’s solid? Cause some contains sugar or salt. Can recommend me a halal and no salt/sugar ones ? As i heard we should give babies salt or sugar until theyre 1 or 2 Thank you mummies!
