For me. I realise when I take spicy food and peanut the eczema will show. So I stop it under my baby is over 9 months old. Now she don’t get eczema that easily
naa Gayne gave us cream and it actually is gone in two days after the cream its actually caused by soap so i doubt it has anything to do with diet
