Napangiti naman ako dito momsh. Good vibes! Stressed ako lately, ang dami ko iniisip gusto ko man iwasan pero sumasagi talaga sya sa utak ko. May times na mapapatulala ka na lang bigla at parang maiiyak dahil pagod na pagod kana. Kaya pag may me time ako, nanunuod ako ng movies or nakikinig ng music at least don narerelax ako. πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ’–

i can relate to this. as a mom, minsan feeling ko ang daming kaylangan tapusin or gawin. but as my husband says hindi kaylangan gawin all at the same time. quality over quantity nga. doing arts and crafts with my kids and some DIY for his homeschooling makes me happy. kaya ito na yung outlet ko whenever I feel tired or stressed out.

Very helpful post. Stressed din ako lately momsh dahil sa mga pangyayari ngayon at pag stay at home mom na merong toddler nkaka drain talaga. My stress reliever is watching Kdramas ❀ I also disconnect myself from facebook.
