Avoid putting stuffed toys / pillows on cot. Take note any gap between the cot and the mattress Let baby have a habit of sleeping sides, or facing up. Usually if I notice baby facing down while sleeping, I will flip to side ways / facing up. Especially at night

Same here. My LO will sleep sideways and then transit to flip and sleep on her belly. So far, she will always turn her face sideways to breathe. Ensure that there is no pillow or toys blocking her face. I will also check on her from time to time.

Just dont put any soft toys and pillows for ur LO. My boy is 8 months and he barely sleeps facing upwards. He now having a habit of sleeping face down. So i remove all those hazard stuffs to avoid suffocation.

Once he can flip both directions it is safe to sleep on the tummy since he can flip back easily. You should worry about falling off the bed though, so better to sleep only on mattress or in a cot.

Hi there. This article may help https://sg.theasianparent.com/tummy-sleeping-is-it-dangerous-for-my-infant-to-sleep-on-their-back

Try not to place too many soft toys, but pillows and blanket around the baby. Constant checking helps

Avoid pillows, blankets, toy stuff etc. Make the cot or mattress empty and only baby himself.
