Need Advice

Beta hcg blood test done on 20/6. Doc confirm pregnant and reading was 38. Put me on duphaston. Repeat test 24th beta hcg was 6. Doc said most likely miscarriage. But no spotting or any pain or signs till today. Is this normal? Or should I get second opinion? Help please

Bhcg supposedly increace in double every 48h.. if suddenly decreaced, it may indicate that the embrio doesnt develop / miscarriage.. u can have 2nd opinion and scan if u want..

Thanks all. Unfortunately, it is a miscarriage. Started bleeding yesterday. :(
