5 weeks pregnant boleh ke nak exercise? Sbb nak turunkan berat badan sikit
Before pregnant mmg dah gain weight sikit. Takut pregnant ni terlebih gemok je. Please help! 😭

Boleh ja exercise. Saya jenis workout before found out my pregnancy, awal2 4w 5w tu masih boleh exercise but was blessed with nausea and morning sickness all day long 😆 tidak larat and always penat. Sekarang 13w dah, ada energy untuk workout sudah balik. Kalau weight gain tu, better focus on your calories intake. Kurang2 yang high calories food/drink ya
