After 1 year old, milk is no longer the main source of nutrients so you can slowly cut the intake down :) If you'd still like to offer milk, you can consider fresh milk instead - you can go for cow's milk (most economical), goat's milk (said to be better than cow's but more expensive) or plant-based like almond/soy if LO has cow's milk allergy/dairy intolerance :) It's preferred to give those found in chilled section of supermarkets like HL, Marigold, Meiji etc. I'm giving my son Farmhouse :) Make sure it's pasteurized and full cream milk! You can start by replacing a feed that LO is least likely to fuss about milk, and you can warm it up the same way as BM :)

i think u don't need to worry that much as after age 1, they are suppose to be getting they nutrients from solids mainly. do consider increasing to 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner as that is the weaning recommendations but it is entirely up to u too. i won't be too concerned as long as she is still taking solids well and having good weight :) stage 3 milk is really a marketing stint - according to some pd articles so its ok if they want to go with the real milk too - like cow or goat milk. many mummies do that too
