may I know.. it's true if your baby has "ruam Susu "or another elergic skin better don't bath him with soap?

because my son full body and face got spot with red colour, some people says it's to hot so baby can't thought it.. buts some people say its not suitable with soap. to much exception ? so I'm just wondering it's elergic skin or just normal for baby and it's will gone a few month or do something before its gone be bad

Akk masa ank no 2 dlu teruk ruam susu.. Jenis kulit sensitif.. Macam2 dh sapu x elok makin teruk adalah.. Ubat doktor semua dah pakai.... Sampai dia berapa bulan akk x ingat dah.. Tapi sampai penuh la jugak pipi dia.. Masa akk blk kmpng ada makcik ni bg tau.. Amik daun gelenggang tu basuh sehelai ramas perah airnya pastu letak bedak baby ckt kat tapak tngn jer.. Sapu kat pp baby tu.. Sekali je akk buat tiga hari pastu elok dek... Boleh Google daun ni..
