may I know.. it's true if your baby has "ruam Susu "or another elergic skin better don't bath him with soap?

because my son full body and face got spot with red colour, some people says it's to hot so baby can't thought it.. buts some people say its not suitable with soap. to much exception ? so I'm just wondering it's elergic skin or just normal for baby and it's will gone a few month or do something before its gone be bad

baby umur brp ye? dah makan? kalau ruam susu, ruam tu akan kebah 2 3 hari lepas tu. ikut pada cuaca jugak. kalau panas, ada lama skit. jd, kerap mandikan baby. elergik ni kene pantau apa yg ibu makan (jika masih bf) / bayi makan (jika bayi dah makan la) dan juga kebersihan tempat bayi tidur n bermain. kot2 ada debu or bulu2 haiwan. dan rujuk pakar tuk pastikan baby ibu elergik sabun atau x. boleh try produk bebas sabun tuk baby spt cetaphil. next, kalau ade eckzema, ibu kene kawal ketat pemakanan ibu / bayi dan produk mandik tuk baby.. slg x berpantang, slagi tu baby akan kena.
