Constipation in 1st trimester

Because of first trimester i m nt able to take much fluid which turns to be constipation. From last 3 days i really push hard to pass the stool and because of which I observed bleeding today in the stool. Now my anus is hurting and i have discomfort.. i already double the fluid intake like try to drink 2 ltr.. Can u please guide me is this normal??? This is the 9 week 3 days

Currently SAHM. Firstborn in 2020. Second born in 2022. TTC for the 3rd time. ?

Eat more fibre as well. Fruits like watermelon, banana, papaya. Get it all in your system. It’s common to be constipated but if you’re passing stool with blood, you’re seriously “dry” and that’s not healthy for baby as well.
